Welcome to the new and improved Working It Out website!

Working It Out is Tasmania's only service specifically for lesbian, gay, bisexual, intersex and transgender Tasmanians.

At Working It Out, We provide the following state-wide services:

  • counselling and support for newly-identifying LGBTI people, or those experiencing difficulties relating to their sexual or gender identity;

  • we coordinate various Peer Support networks. Through this we aim to strengthen our communities, and link people who have personal insight of "working it out" with others.

  • we provide community education, professional development and training in the areas of gender identity and sexuality
