COVID Update: Gender group has transitioned to a hybrid model and now has the 1st Tuesday of each month as an online group (via Zoom), and the 3rd Tuesday of each month as face-to-face at the WIO office in Hobart (278 Argyle Street). The times have also been changed, and the group will now run from 5.30pm to 7pm (for both sessions).
People from all parts of the state are welcome to attend one or both groups each month, but please note that you will need to RSVP before you can attend the face-to-face group in Hobart, due to Covid restrictions. Please get in touch via email if you’re planning to attend the next face-to-face group.
If we have too many people for the space, we may be able to hold the group in another location, so please don’t feel you need to ‘give up your spot’ for other people.

This group offers gender identity peer support and discussion for anyone wanting to connect with others who are trans and gender diverse, or questioning their gender identity.
The group is most suitable for those over 18 (we have another ‘all inclusive’ group for LGBTIQ+ and questioning young people – OUTspace).
