Hobart folks on small wheels! Jimmy’s Skate & Street (@jimmysskateandstreet) are hosting a free movie with Cruise Nipaluna for Pride Month 6pm – 8pm this Friday 20th June, at Jimmy’ Skate & Street, 103 Elizabeth Street, Hobart. 

Cruise Nipaluna (@cruise.nipaluna only on Instagram) is a social group for LGBTQIA+ skaters and allies, and they welcome all to join them for a screening of Tall Poppy: a Skater’s Story. This documentary follows Poppy Starr Olsen, an Australian queer skateboarder, throughout her training journey to the Olympics. The film is PG rated and family friendly. There will be free snacks and stickers, so come along! 🏳️‍🌈♥️🏳️‍⚧️
