New Learning & Programs Manager

INTRODUCING WIO MANAGER – LEARNING + PROGRAMS, BONNIE TUTTLE

Introducing WIO Manager – Learning & Programs, Bonnie Tuttle

Bonnie joins the team at WIO after 5 years of self-employment, because she felt a strong desire to work with other like-minded people to create a greater impact than she could working alone.

She comes to the role as an experienced Facilitator and Manager, with strong connections around the state in a range of different areas and industries.

Bonnie is a life-long local who loves to garden, cook (freestyle – she can’t follow a recipe!), and go for walks in nature. She’s recently taken up running, and is trying hard not to bore people around her by talking too much about her split times and hip flexors! Bonnie is also a member of The Kinsey Scales choir, and the On the Same Page book club.

Bonnie says, “I believe that education and group work are essential to positive change. I’m looking forward to supporting the WIO team to continue to deliver top quality training, and expand our impact through evidence-based and people-centered learning experiences.”

“As a queer woman in a straight-presenting relationship, I’ve experienced erasure and invisibility throughout my career, and it feels great to be fully seen here as a member of the WIO team. I’m proud that the work we do supports folks like me (and everyone in the LGBTIQA+ community) to be themselves at work and in the world,” she said.
