Launceston, let’s burlesque! Learn the art of tease with this classic style burlesque workshop. This 18+ workshop is open to all levels where we will bump and grind through some traditional techniques while feeling empowered.

We will start the class with a brief history of burlesque, a warm up and stretch before learning some traditional moves, followed by learning some choreography to a classic burlesque track.

Your instructor, Pina Ocean, is a plus sized, 40 year old burlesque performer with over a decade of experience in burlesque. Originally from WA where they trained in burlesque from some of Australia’s greats, they have performed all over WA and are starting to make their mark in the Tasmanian Burlesque community.
